The mission of the Southwest Aeronautics, Mathematics, and Science Academy is to prepare students in grades 7 – 12, through an Integrative STEM educational model with an Aeronautics focus, to become self-motivated, independent, competent, lifelong learners in a unique 21st century global educational environment. Students will be equipped with the reading, writing, mathematical, scientific, and technological and problem solving skills necessary for success in post-secondary education and high-tech, aviation related careers.

Through the long-term commitment to this mission, we will offer a quality alternative learning opportunity for all students. Students, parents and the community will view the school as offering a challenging and creative learning environment.
